A League match was held in Telavi today. Burji hosted Zestaponi and lost the battle – 80:87 (Statistics). The winning team would add valuable points in the standings and move to a better position to qualify for the playoffs.
This advantage was given to Zestaponi, who returned to the game after losing the first half with 5 points and after winning the third and fourth periods with small advantages, they gained a 7-point victory. This victory brought the Imereti club the second place in the standings, and the Telavi team suffered the third defeat and together with Orbi they have the most – 3 losses in the current tournament.
