Tbilisian matches of 15th tour of the Superleague ended today with a tense match. Dinamo and Olimpi played one of the distinctive games of the season. Olimpi was winning by 12 points in the beginning of 4th period (56:44), their leadership was 11 points 8 minutes before the end, however, this was the moment, where Dinamo’s efficiency has started. Irakli Khoshtaria’s team played the basketball all coaches would wish for. Dinamo won the remaining 8 minutes 27:4 (!) and eventually, gained the victory – 77:65.
Dinamo reduced one of the biggest differences in the current Superleague and gained a deserved victory. As for Olimpi, they fought hard in 3 periods, but couldn’t keep the result of their hard work in the fourth one.
Croatian centre – Demagoj Bubalo led the winners with 24 points and 13 rebounds. One of the heroes of the last period – Jordan Swopshire scored 18 points. Reger Dowell collected 14 points. Charles Bennett was the most effective with 21 points in Olimpi. Revaz Rogava scored 12 points.
Another match of the 15th tour will be held in Batumi today, where TSU-Hyundai will play. This tour will end in Rustavi on March 29. With the match between the local team and Mgzavrebi.
